Behind the counter, Robin is in charge.
He advises, mixes, adjusts, and ensures that each glass is served with care. A sincere welcome, a relaxed atmosphere, and that little attention to detail that makes all the difference.
For the cocktail menu, we chose to collaborate with Barteleur.
The principle? Take the great classics and give them a bold twist. An unexpected touch, a
surprising blend, a detail that transforms the recipe. Inspired by the Bateleur of the Tarot de Marseille, the
brand celebrates the art of mixing, invention and the right gesture. We recognize the base, we discover the
surprise, and we savor an original, creative creation full of character.
For wines, beers and snacks, we trust the Fédération Française de
l’Apéro.
And their motto sums it all up:
eat well, drink well, have a good laugh.
Eat well, with artisanal products, made in France, simple, good and unpretentious.
